I am not much of a guy who thinks in so deeply about web design but I think your post had some valid points in it. Like designers are forced to design stuff within the limited code available and not go beyond it, their innovation is somewhat limited but still I think Web Design won't die! I agree that Amazon and other some big sites won't have a blog but now a days it's very important to have some sort of option available so people can quickly communicate their thoughts. I think Amazon if wants to shift it to that, they can get a customized CMS for themselves.

Just a little note to help keep people from scammers on this forum. I maintain one copy of every of my stories because I need to know which journal has rejected or accepted each story. What you're actually promoting is First British Copyright. The story belongs to you, even though here I'd recommend that promoting the same story to various magazines is really small impolite in that each magazine wants to be individual and various. Imagine the disappointment of an editor to discover that competing magazines have the same story.

For these and other reasons, numerous movies on DVD are only available in widescreen format. About two thirds of widescreen films are filmed at 1.85 (flat) aspect ratio or less. In this case, the actual size from the image on your TV is the same for a letterbox version and a full-screen version, unless the pan & scan technique is used to zoom in (which cuts off part from the picture). In other words, the picture is the same size, with extra areas visible at the top and bottom in the fullscreen version. In more other words, letterboxing covers over the part of the picture that was also covered in the theater, or it allows the entire widescreen picture to be visible for movies wider than 1.85, in which case the letterboxed picture is smaller and has less detail than a pan & scan version would.

Its as if you had a great grasp on the subject matter, but you forgot to include your readers. Perhaps you should think about this from more than one angle. Or maybe you shouldnt generalise so much. Its better if you think about what others may have to say instead of just going for a gut reaction to the subject. Think about adjusting your own thought process and giving others who may read this the benefit of the doubt.

I have taken several online courses from various universities (real ones, not the "online only" ones)... and honestly I like most of them. However, I think that skilled courses like computer application classes, specialized concept classes, are better online than BASICS... like History or English where class participation is very helpful. IE – I tried to take English Comp II online one semester and very simply could NOT follow the work. However, I passed all my application courses with flying colors. I think you need to judge on a case by case basis, and avoid taking distance courses in subjects where class participation is usually helpful.

Good luck getting people behind this one. Though you make some VERY fascinating points, youre going to have to do more than bring up a few things that may be different than what weve already heard. Hi. this is kind of an -unconventional- question , but have other visitors asked you how get the menu bar to look like you've got it? I also have a blog and am really looking to alter around the theme, however am scared to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. How is it that just anybody can write a blog and get as popular as this? I should say, as a lot as I enjoyed reading what you had to say, I couldnt aid but lose interest after a whilst. Its as should you had a great grasp on the subject matter matter, but you forgot to include your readers. Perhaps you must think of this from more than one particular angle. Or perhaps you shouldnt generalise so a lot. Its better if you think of what other people might have to express rather than just going for the gut reaction towards the subject. Think of adjusting your own believed process and giving others who may understand this the benefit from the doubt.

This is definitely a blog that people need to get behind. The problem is, no one wants to do a great deal of reading and not have something else to stimulate the mind. This is the internet, after all. Maybe if you added a video or two to emphasise your point. Ill stick around, FOR SURE. But, I dont know if others will.
